What we need
- When you open an account with us or place an order with us, we need to know basic personal information, which does not include any special types of information. Information required is your name, address, email address and telephone details.
- We may need your credit/debit card details to take a payment for your orders (details are not kept after the transaction is completed)
- We may need a credit status report provided by third party credit agency if a credit facility is applied for (details are not kept after the credit facility is approved or declined)

We need this information about you to allows us to process and fulfil your order/orders, and provide you with relevant information when it is required, for the purposes of providing our products and services, to manage your account and, and if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.

What we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. How long we keep it
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
