Total Product Sales Ltd was Established in 1982, founded by John Fenton with the introduction of Lockey Digital door locks the ‘original’ mechanical push button door lock of it’s kind, a product that was set to follow closely in the steps of the well known brands Unican & Simplex mechanical push button door locks.
John’s years of experience in the field of management and sales and his aptitude for knowing a good thing when he saw it led him to Japan were he met with the inventors of the Lockey Digital a new product just about ready to go into production.
3 days later John left Japan having secured the UK sole agency for Lockey.
With Lockey as the influence, it led Total Product Sales to expand on the idea of Keyless & wireless locking systems and operating devices. This took John on yet another trip abroad, this time to South Africa were he met the manufacturers of Sentry remote control transmitters and receivers, and again he returned having secured another UK agency for Total Product Sales.
In 2014 after three decades as exclusive importers of Lockey Digital door locks, it was decided the time was right to refresh the brand, a brand that has gained international recognition for its uncompromising quality.
So Total Product Sales became Lockey Digital UK Ltd. With the new name came our new registered trade mark, new website and new packaging for the company’s extensive range of products, accessories and spares.
