I have found Lockey Digital to be an excellent company to deal with. I asked Michele if they could provide replacement support bar and surface strike for one of their locks and they quickly sourced the parts and are sending them without charge. A rare service these days. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic service, emailed Friday morning as I was experiencing a problem with a gate closer, I received a phonecall that morning to discuss the issue, they felt the problem was due to the way the closer was installed but still sent me a replacement which arrived Monday morning on a bank holiday.
