A Practical Solution to a Common Problem
The Lockey LD2000 key override addresses one of the most frequent enquiries we receive from installers and facilities managers: how do you add a backup entry method to a mechanical combination lock that’s already installed and working perfectly well? The answer, until now, has typically been to replace the lock entirely with a keyed variant, which involves the disruption, expense, and downtime of a full changeover. The LD2000 changes the equation by fitting directly behind the existing Lockey keypad in a matter of minutes, adding a key override without touching the door, gate, or existing keypad mounting.
Aluminium Construction for Internal and External Use
Because the LD2000 is manufactured from aluminium rather than a plated steel or zinc alloy, it resists corrosion across indoor and outdoor installations alike.
