With Lockey Digital locks, all the parts you need to fit the lock are supplied, including a template for drilling the door. Once fitted, you can set the code which is then used to gain access through the door it is fitted to. Some of our locks also have a key override or passage function.
Lockey Digital door locks are the original mechanical push button locks, manufactured in Japan since 1982. We are confident that our Digital locks are manufactured to the highest standard.
Lockey Digital locks vary in cost depending on the series you choose and what functionality is required. Our locks are available in different finishes and also have other options. Please contact us for accurate pricing of the lock you require.
All Lockey Digital locks are extremely secure, having undergone rigorous testing and strict quality control, the quality and reliability of our digital door locks is exceptional.
The majority of our locks use the standard Lockey code change procedure. Full instructions are available on our website. Just be sure to place the spindle at the correct angle when refitting the lock to the door.
Keyless door locks work in the same principle as a normal key lock, except you use a keypad to enter a code rather than inserting and turning a physical key. Once the code is entered correctly, you gain entry by turning the integrated handle or knob.
There are many advantages of using a keypad lock system, both in terms of convenience and control. You don’t need to carry a key around with you and the lock itself is not pickable (like a standard lock) or hackable (like a modern smart lock). Keypad locks offer the best of both worlds.
Deadbolt locks are manually turned to close and lock, whereas a spring latch bolt locks automatically on close.
All of our digital door locks are suitable for internal and external use. However, to avoid cosmetic weathering of the lock, we specifically recommend our satin chrome (SC) finish which provides a more resistant surface.
Mechanical keypad locks are pick proof and bump proof, offering a higher level of security compared to traditional locks, which are are subject to both lock picking and lock bumping.
It has been proven that many true smart locks can be hacked. This is yet another reason why we recommend Lockey Digital mechanical door locks.
Some modern digital door locks certainly can be hacked, which is why we strongly recommend using Lockey Digital mechanical locks for the ultimate reliability.
Most of our digital locks are suitable for use on a front door, but our High Tech range are the absolute safest – designed for heavier duty use, they offer durability as well as security performance.
Without question, we believe digital mechanical door locks are the safest locks for your home. We also have cabinet and locker locks to secure valuables and provide an extra level of security.
Digital Mechanical Push Button locks cannot be picked, as the locking mechanism is inaccessible behind the handle or knob used for entry.
Yes, Lockey Digital locks are the original mechanical push button door locks of their kind, and they are still the best quality digital door locks on the market.
Absolutely, there is no reason not to get a keypad door lock. Lockey Digital offer many different keypad door locks for use on front doors, sliding doors, internal doors, lockers, cabinets and more.
